A Bit About Me
Not long after I discovered Yoga I followed my intuition and heart to India. There I travelled from Rishikesh in the far North, to Mysore in the South-West studying Ashtanga Vinyasa, Traditional Hatha Yoga and Pranayama (Yogic Breath Work). Over the past few years I have developed a deep connection to my body, my breath and to ‘consciousness' itself, something I hope to share with others.A yoga asana session with me will allow you to focus on building internal health and strengthening your muscles while keeping your mind in a meditative state. Simultaneously you will smoothly transition from pose to pose while linking your breath with your movements. This helps build physical strength, stamina and flexibility. The meditative qualities of my yoga classes benefit mental well-being and help bring about a state of equanimity and peace. On and off the mat.
